ONE-ON-ONE

CANVA COACHING

for Coaches & Creatives

A gentle space to untangle Canva, get clarity, and finally feel confident in your designs.

If you’ve ever opened Canva with good intentions, only to get lost in the clutter of templates, fonts, and folders, you’re not alone.

SO MANY OF MY CLIENTS TELL ME:

I’ve been using Canva for months, but I still can’t figure out how to move text and images around the way I want.

I waste hours trying to design a simple post because nothing looks consistent.

I can’t find my files in Canva, it feels like a mess.

I just want to pick fonts and colours that feel good enough without second-guessing myself every time.

If you’re nodding along, you’re in the right place.

Most of my clients are heart-centred entrepreneurs, coaches, and creatives who want their visuals to reflect the care and intention they put into their work — without spending hours fighting with Canva or paying thousands for a designer.

That’s where Canva Coaching comes in.

Here’s how Voxing Coaching Works

WHEN IT STARTS

Voxer coaching always begins on a Monday and runs for 5 consecutive days or 4 consecutive weeks.

Coaching is paused during Canadian holidays and vacation blackout dates (see the blackout calendar). Your time will be extended if any days are missed.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

You send me a screenshot asking: “Why won’t this text move where I want it?” → I reply with a short video showing exactly how.

You upload a draft post and ask, “Does this look polished?” → I walk you through small tweaks to improve spacing, fonts, or colours.

You ask, “What’s the simplest way to set up templates for Instagram?” → I send you a step-by-step voice note.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU BOOK

Upon payment, you’ll get an onboarding email with:

→ Instructions on how to connect on Voxer.
→ Tips for making the most of async coaching.
→ An invitation to share your first questions so I can start supporting you on your Monday start date.
→ I respond thoughtfully within 24 hrs (depending on the question and time of day).

✨ Rush requests can sometimes be accommodated, but aren’t guaranteed.

Please note: It’s your responsibility to check the blackout calendar before booking and to come with questions, challenges, or designs you’d like feedback on during your Voxer week.

Meet Your Canva Coach

Hi, I’m Krista.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by Canva. When I first started, my dashboard was a jumble of folders and half-finished designs. I also know what it feels like to run a business while caring for a family and trying to keep things simple — the hustle cycles, the full days, the desire to still make work that feels beautiful and intentional.

Over the past nine years, I’ve helped sensitive solopreneurs, coaches, and creatives untangle the chaos in their Canva accounts, choose colours and fonts that actually feel like them, and build visuals that support their work instead of draining them. My approach is gentle, practical, and rooted in slow-business principles: small, doable steps, no jargon, and design choices that honour your energy.

Think of me as a tech/designer-friend in your corner — here to help you create visuals and systems that feel like home for your business.

A stylized, simple line drawing of a swan with its neck bent, facing downward.

Create templates for Instagram, YouTube thumbnails, or Facebook posts you can reuse.

A black, abstract, curved line on a dark background.

Choose fonts and colours that feel “good enough” so you stop getting stuck in perfectionism.

Build a workflow so creating posts, graphics, or marketing visuals takes minutes, not hours.

I'm just so grateful for how knowledgeable you are at knowing different formats of files and how to add my Canva ebook cover to Google Docs, etc. Those are things that would have taken me hours, honestly!

Things you might be wondering

LET’S CLEAR IT UP

  • Absolutely. Most of my clients start out feeling like beginners or “tech-weary” solopreneurs. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and walk you through things step by step — no jargon, no judgment.

  • Nope. We can work with either the free or Pro version. If you’re using the free version, I’ll show you how to make the most of what you already have. If you’re on Pro, we’ll dive into the extra features available to you.

  • These sessions are all about you! We'll discuss your unique needs and goals, then each session is customized accordingly. Whether you want me to show you the ropes in Canva, organize your visual content workflow, get feedback and suggestions on a current design project or colour palette for your brand, it’s totally up to you!

  • Absolutely! These sessions are great for all skill levels. Whether you're new to Canva and need some 1-1 guidance on how to navigate the platform, or you’re more experienced and just need a set of detailed eyes on something you’re working on, I’m happy to meet you where you’re at.

  • Live sessions happen on Zoom. Once you book, you’ll receive a link and a few tips for making the most of our time together. You can share your screen so I can see exactly what you’re working on, or you can watch me using the tools if you learn best that way. Each call is tailored to your needs.

  • Voxer is a free walkie-talkie style app. You can send me voice notes, texts, or even quick screen recordings (using Loom or Zoom Clips) whenever you’re stuck. I reply within 24 hours (except weekends and Canadian holidays). You can batch your questions or send them as they come up — whatever feels easiest for you.

  • My coaching is focused on teaching and guiding you so you can feel confident creating on your own. However, if you need me to create a template or design asset for you, we can discuss it separately.

  • You’re always welcome to book another session or a longer package. Many people start with a session or a week of Voxer and then decide to extend once they see how much clarity they get.

Ready to make Canva feel easy?

You don’t have to struggle through Canva alone. With gentle guidance and simple systems, you can feel confident in your visuals — and finally share your work without second-guessing.
