The Canva Slides Starter Kit

Your project begins with your current content or slides. I’ll use what you already have as the foundation to design a clean, cohesive Canva presentation that reflects your brand.

This package includes:

  • Set up and visual direction using your existing brand colours, fonts, and imagery (or the visuals you’re already using in your business)

  • Up to 15 slides total, including five foundational slides to give your deck structure, rhythm, and flow:

    1. Cover / Title Slide — sets the tone and first impression

    2. About or Introduction Slide — introduces you and your work

    3. Outline / Overview Slide — helps your audience understand the flow of your content

    4. Transition / Divider Slide — creates breathing room between sections

    5. Recap or Closing Slide — wraps up your message and offers next steps

  • Plus 10 additional content slides customised for your course, talk, or workshop

  • Custom icons, imagery, and design refinements

  • Two collaborative feedback rounds

  • Editable Canva template link — yours to reuse, duplicate, and update

  • Short recorded or live walkthrough so you can confidently make changes

  • One design concept (add additional directions if desired for $75 each)

Your slides will be designed using your existing brand colours, fonts, and imagery — or the colours and visuals you’ve already been using in your business.

Start Intake Process

Additional Slides

If your presentation is larger than 15 slides, no problem — you’ll simply add on what you need:

  • $12 / slide → for simple text or image slides

  • $18 / slide → for complex layouts (charts, infographics, or detailed visuals)

If you already have slides, I’ll begin by converting your existing presentation into your new branded design.

If you don’t, I can start from your notes or outline — helping shape your content visually so it flows naturally from slide to slide.

  1. Share your materials

    Complete a project intake form with your project details, brand assets, and either your existing slides or notes.

  2. Design direction & first slides

    I’ll create your starter slides and establish the visual tone of your deck.

  3. Collaborative refinement

    We’ll work through two gentle rounds of feedback to fine-tune design, flow, and layout.

  4. Final delivery

    You’ll receive your editable Canva link, plus a walkthrough video (or brief call) so you can confidently edit and reuse your slides for future projects.

  • Yes! Your deck is delivered as an editable Canva template, so you can easily update text, swap images, or duplicate slides whenever you need to.

  • Absolutely. Your slides are designed to be reusable — you can duplicate the file in Canva and make small edits for future courses, workshops, or client sessions.

  • Most projects take about 1–2 weeks, depending on slide count, feedback, and your schedule. You’ll receive a timeline once I review your intake form.
